The information below, outlines the best care advice for our products to maintain gentle care and lasting beauty. Remove cushion insert prior to washing |
Prior to washing a cushion cover, always remove the cushion insert. Adhere to the recommended care instructions for your cushion insert. |

Wash before use and wash separately |
Before using the product for the first time it is recommended to wash separately. Continue to wash separately or with only similar coloured items. |
|
Use mild liquid detergent without optical brighteners or harsh chemicals |
For best results, opt for a mild liquid detergent and avoid using harsh chemicals that might damage the natural fibres. |

Gentle Cold Machine Wash 30ºC |
When machine washing, select a gentle cycle with cold water, 30ºC to protect the material's integrity. Remove promptly from the machine when the cycle has finished. For best care, choose a short cycle around 15 mins. |

Turn cushion covers inside out when washing |
To preserve the beauty of design details such as hand-fringing and overstitching it is best to turn the cushion covers inside out when washing. |
|
Use a garment bag |
We recommend washing products inside a well fitting garment bag for added protection when possible. |
|
Natural Lint |
After washing, you may notice some surface lint or stiffness. This is normal and will soften beautifully with use. |
|
Do not bleach or soak |
Bleaching and soaking should be avoided, as they can weaken fibres and cause discolouration. |
|
Do not dry clean |
Refrain from dry cleaning to prevent exposure to harsh solvents. |
|
Line dry flat in the shade |
Line dry all products flat in shade and ensure there is no direct sunlight. |
|
Avoid tumble drying |
Tumble drying is not recommended, but if necessary, use a low or cool setting only and sparingly. Heat can weaken the fibres, cause shrinkage, wrinkling and creases. |

Ironing |
If desired iron on low to medium heat on the reverse side if possible. For Reversi™, ensure the under layer of the cushion cover is open when ironing. |

Hand Fringed Products |
Fringes may gather together during use and after washing. Only when dry, gently separate them with your fingers or a wide tooth comb to preserve their appearance. Please note it is normal for hand fringed pieces to differ in size (length and thickness) as this is a unique characteristic of the product. |

Delicate products by nature |
Hand washing is recommended for some products that are delicate by nature. It is also important to follow specific care advice for these products. |

Avoid direct sunlight |
To preserve the colour and integrity of your linen products, we recommend keeping it out of direct sunlight for extended periods. Prolonged exposure to the sun may cause fading or weaken the fibres over time. |
Feather Filled Cushion Inserts
| Regularly fluff the cushion to restore its shape |
Gently pat and fluff the insert after removing it from packaging to restore shape. Regularly continue to do this with use as this will help to maintain the cushions shape. |
| Use a cushion cover |
Always use a cushion cover to protect the insert during use |
| Air in direct sunlight |
Air in direct sunlight for 2–3 hours every 3–4 weeks to keep it fresh |
| Cleaning & Care |
Spot clean only with a mild detergent. Do not wash or dry clean, as this may reduce the effectiveness of the down-proof cotton shell. |
